Formed in March 2004 in Yokohama, Kanagawa, 9mm Parabellum Bullet is a Japanese rock band whose dynamic, metal-influenced sound earned the group a run of Top 10 singles during the 2010s. Vocalist/guitarist Takuro Sugawara, guitarist/pianist Yoshimitsu Taki, bassist Kazuhiko Nakamura, and drummer Chihiro Kamijo released Talking Machine, an independent collection of demos, in October 2004, then returned in 2005 with the EP Gjallarhorn.
