Abigail Washburn & The Sparrow Quartet
Abigail Washburn & The Sparrow Quartet is an American acoustic group that was
established in 2005. The band consists of Abigail Washburn on banjo and vocals,
Béla Fleck on banjo, Casey Driessen on violin, and Ben Sollee on cello. Drawing
on old-time music and Chinese melodic and lyrical elements, the group’s sound
reflects Washburn’s long-standing connection to Chinese culture. Their debut
