AC Slater
Electronic DJ and producer AC Slater (born Aaron Clevenger on 9 November 1979 in
Los Angeles, California) has been championing a bass-heavy style of dance music
since the mid-2000s, both as a solo artist and through his trailblazing Night
Bass label. The self-styled "King of Heavy Bass House in America" cut his teeth
on the hardcore scene before shifting his sound and dropping his breakthrough
remix of Math Head's "Turn the Music Up" in November 2008, followed by "Jack Got
Jacked" on Palms Out Sounds and a dalliance with dubstep. He inaugurated the
arrival of his Night Bass party...
