Ada Rovatti (born 25 July 1976, in Pavia) is an Italian jazz saxophonist and
composer. She studied at the Berklee College of Music and performed in big bands
with Phil Woods and Lee Konitz. Following a period in Paris, she relocated to
New York City, where she collaborated with musicians including Mike Stern, John
McLaughlin, Herbie Hancock, and Randy Brecker, whom she married in 2001. Her
recording career began with the album For Rent (2002) as Ada Rovatti & The
