Alberto Sordi (contributor)
Alberto Sordi, born Alberto Sordi on June 15, 1920, in Rome, Italy, was an actor
and singer. He began his career as a child, performing in theater productions
and singing in the choir of the Sixtine Chapel. In 1937, he started working as
an extra at Cinecittà and soon became a voice actor for Oliver Hardy, Robert
Mitchum, and Anthony Quinn. Sordi's acting career spanned over five decades,
appearing in more than 150 films and television shows. He collaborated with
