Daughters of Brian Poole, singer and leader of The Tremeloes, Karen and Sherry Poole formed the duo Alisha's Attic in 1996, having recorded under the name Keren & Chelle since 1988. Their first single under the new name, "I Am, I Feel", proved to be their biggest international success, charting at #14 in the UK, followed by "Alisha Rules the World" (#12), which fared less well outside the country.
