American Aquarium
American Aquarium is an alternative country band from Raleigh, North Carolina,
formed in 2006 by BJ Barham. The group's name comes from the Wilco song "I Am
Trying to Break Your Heart". Their debut album Antique Hearts was released in
2006 and they followed it with The Bible & the Bottle in 2008. In 2012, American
Aquarium released two albums: Live in Raleigh and Burn.Flicker.Die., which was
produced by Jason Isbell of Drive By Truckers and received critical acclaim.
