Ana Caram
Ana Lucia Ribeiro Caram, known professionally as Ana Caram, born October 1,
1958, in São Paulo, Brazil, is a Brazilian singer, guitarist, and flautist. She
grew up in a family versed in musical expression and graduated from São Paulo
University with a degree in musical composition and conducting. The musician
became a protégé of Antonio Carlos Jobim and her career gained momentum when she
performed alongside Paquito D'Rivera at Carnegie Hall for the JVC Jazz Festival
