Angy
Ángela María Fernández González, known professionally as Angy Fernández or
simply Angy, was born on September 5, 1990, in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. She
gained prominence through her participation in the first edition of Factor X in
Spain in 2007, where she performed notable covers such as "Beautiful" by
Christina Aguilera and "Duele el amor" by Aleks Syntek and Ana Torroja. Her
debut album, Angy, was released in February 2008 and included the singles "Sola
en el silencio" and "Adiós". The album reached number 37 on the Spanish charts.
