Ania Szarmach
Anna Szarmach, born on February 12, 1978, in Starogard Gdański, Poland, is a
Polish singer-songwriter and composer. She graduated from the Academy of Music
in Katowice and began her first professional recordings in 1994. In 2006, she
released her debut album Sharmi under Warner Music Poland. Her second studio
album, Inna, was released in 2010, by Agora SA, followed by Pozytywka in 2012,
also under Agora SA. In 2011, Szarmach was nominated for the prestigious
Fryderyk music award. She released her fourth album, Shades of Love, in 2016.
