ANKOR
Ankor, a Spanish metalcore band from Catalonia, was formed in 2003 by members
who were around 14 or 15 years old. Their debut album, Al Fin Descansar,
released in 2008 on Santo Grial Records, featured heavy metal with power metal
influences and was sung entirely in Spanish by Rosa de la Cruz. In 2011, Ankor
released their second album, My Own Angel, which marked a shift to English
lyrics and incorporated punk and metalcore elements. In May 2014, Rosa de la
