Annahstasia Enuke, born and raised in Los Angeles, began writing music as a
teenager after discovering soul, blues, and folk on an iPod gifted by her uncle
at age 14. Inspired by artists like Nina Simone and Bill Withers, she taught
herself guitar and reinterpreted songs with her own lyrics. At 17, a producer
heard her singing at school and offered her a record deal, launching her into
