Anthony Burger
Anthony John Burger was an American pianist and singer born on June 5, 1961, in
Cleveland, Tennessee. He studied at the Cadek Conservatory from age five. Burger
released his first recording, Anthony Burger at the Lowrey Organ, in 1975. He
joined the ensemble The Celestials for the 1976 recording Ole Fashion Gospel.
Between 1978 and 1993, he was a member of the Kingsmen Quartet and received the
Favorite Musician award at the Singing News Fan Awards for ten consecutive
