Anup Rubens
Born on April 18, 1980 in Hyderabad, India, Enoch Rubens is known professionally
as Anup Rubens, a decorated composer, singer and lyricist who rose through the
ranks of Tollywood to become a prominent voice in Telugu cinema. Anup Rubens
launched his career in 2004 with the bilingual Tamil-Telugu drama film Jai,
which was directed by Teja and spawned a number of hit songs that included
"Desam Manade." He scored the music for the 2005 Indian Telugu-language drama
film Gowtam SSC and over the next few decades, built up a reputation for films
including 2013's Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyi...
