Ingo Kunzi, born on November 7, 1966, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, is a trance
producer and DJ known for his work under the recording names Ayla and Tandu.
Influenced by artists like Supertramp and Pat Metheny, Kunzi began his career in
the rock scene before transitioning into electronic music. In 1994, he launched
his DJ Tandu alias with the Acido EP, marking his first foray into full-on
trance. The following year, Kunzi created the Ayla project, inspired by a girl
