Band from TV
Band from TV, a charitable cover band, was formed in 2006 in the United States
by Greg Grunberg. The group consisted of actors from various American television
series, including Hugh Laurie, James Denton, and Bonnie Somerville. Their debut
performance was at the 58th Primetime Emmy Awards after-party. Band from TV
released their first studio album, Hoggin' All The Covers, and contributed to
the soundtrack of the television series Dr. House with a cover of "You Can't
Always Get What You Want". They performed at various charity events, donating
all proceeds to selected charities.
