Beaver
Beaver was a Dutch stoner rock group founded in 1988 by guitarist Roel
Schoenmakers and drummer Eva Nahon. The band emerged on the Amsterdam music
scene in the late 1980s, and the lineup stabilized in 1992 with the addition of
bassist Milo Beenhakker and guitarist Joszja de Weerdt. Their debut studio
album, 13eaver, was released in 1996, followed by The Difference Engine (1997).
The group broadened their audience with The Split CD (1998), a split release
with Queens of the Stone Age, and the EP Lodge (1999), which earned four K's
