Bell Book & Candle
Bell, Book & Candle was founded in Berlin in 1994 and consists of Jana Groß
(vocals), Andy Birr (guitar, drums) and Hendrik Röder (bass). The band is known
for its catchy pop-rock sound and achieves international fame with its single
"Rescue Me", which reaches number 3 in the German charts in 1997 and is
successful in several European countries. Her debut album Read My Sign (1998)
contains other successful tracks in addition to "Rescue Me" and reaches number 4
in the German album charts. Several albums followed, including Longing (2000)
