The J-pop girl group Beyooooonds formed in October 2018, featuring twelve vocalists spread across three different units. Led by Reina Ichioka, Kurumi Takase, and Miyo Hirai, the group made its highly-celebrated debut with 2019's "Megane no Otoko no Ko / Nippon no D·N·A! / Go Waist," a triple-sided single that peaked at Number 1 on the Oricon chart and Number 2 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100.
