Billy Swan was born on May 12, 1942, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and emerged as
an American country singer and songwriter. After honing his craft in local
venues, he signed with a record label in the early 1970s and released his debut
single, "I Can Help", in 1974, which established him on the country scene. The
