Born Delroy Easton McLean in Birmingham on August 8, 1972, British reggae
singer, songwriter and producer "Bitty" McLean is best known for the 1993 hit
"It Keeps Raining (Tears from My Eyes)". In a style blending reggae pop, lovers
rock, rocksteady, dub and R&B, he began his musical career as a sound engineer
for the band UB40, becoming a regular backing vocalist. His first single, a
cover of Fats Domino's "It Keeps Rainin'", proved to be his biggest hit,
