Black Light Burns
Black Light Burns has all the makings of a "supergroup". Led by ex-Limp Bizkit
guitarist Wes Borland, the band also features ex-Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect
Circle and Telefon Tel Aviv. On paper, the band has all the makings of a heavy
metal machine. On record too. Their first album, Cruel Melody, released in 2007,
proved that the best jams come from old pots. Black Light Burns, with a big
sound somewhere between alternative rock and industrial metal, quickly built up
a fan base despite appearing to be a project rather than a band with a real
identity.
