Bobby
Bobby was an American cooperative musical project formed by musicians connected
to Partisan Records and Knitting Factory Records. Emerging from a group of
Bennington College friends who lived together in western Massachusetts, the
collective was founded by Tom Greenberg and developed an experimental sound
combining acoustic folk, synthesizers, and polyrhythmic structures. Several
members were also associated with other bands, including Mountain Man. Bobby
