Bobby Wright
John Robert "Bobby" Wright, born on March 30, 1942, in Charleston, West
Virginia, is an American country music singer. He started a musical career at a
young age, appearing with his parents, Johnnie Wright and Kitty Wells, on the
Louisiana Hayride television program at age eight. The artist became part of
their recordings three years later. Wright embarked on a solo music career,
recording for Decca, ABC, and United Artists Records between 1967 and 1979. He
