Bruford was a British jazz fusion band led by drummer Bill Bruford, best known
for his work with Yes and King Crimson. Formed in 1977, the group featured
keyboardist Dave Stewart, bassist Jeff Berlin, and guitarist Allan Holdsworth,
releasing Feels Good to Me (1978), One of a Kind (1979), the live album The
Bruford Tapes (1979), and Gradually Going Tornado (1980). Although Bruford
followed in the tradition of jazz fusion acts such as Return to Forever and
