Buntspecht
Buntspecht was founded in Vienna in 2016. The current line-up includes singer,
guitarist and pianist Lukas Klein, double bassist Jakob Lang, cellist Antonia
Luksch, saxophonist and flutist Roman Geßler, trumpeter and melodica player
Florentin Scheicher and drummer and percussionist Florian Röthel. Their musical
style combines indie pop with influences from gypsy jazz, bossa nova, Viennese
song and folk. they released their debut album Großteils Kleinigkeiten in 2018.
