Candies, a Japanese female idol trio consisting of Ran Itō, Miki Fujimura, and
Yoshiko Tanaka, was formed in 1972. The group debuted with their first single
"Anata ni Muchū" on September 1st, 1973. Candies quickly gained popularity with
"Soyokaze no Kuchizuke" (1973), recording debut album Anata ni Muchū ~Uchiki na
Candies~ later that year. Subsequent releases included "Abunai Doyōbi" (1974),
and "Namida no Kisetsu" (1974) and the albums Toshishita no Otokonoko (1975) and
Haru Ichiban (1976) which became one of their most popular works. The group
