Angelina Helen Catherine Cordovano, known professionally as Cathy Carr, was born
on June 28, 1936, in the United States of America. She began her career as a
singer during the early-1950s, releasing several singles including "Heart
Hideaway" and "Please, Please Believe Me" in 1956. Carr continued to release
notable songs such as "Ivory Tower" (1956), "Una Momento / It Looks Like Love"
(1957), and "Wild Honey" / "Speak For Yourself" / "John" (1957). In 1958, she
released the single "To Know Him Is To Love Him / Put Away The Invitations"
which became one of her most recognized work...
