Caveman, a British hip‑hop group formed in High Wycombe, England, comprised MCM,
the Principal, and Diamond J. The group's first releases were the twelve-inch
single titled "Victory" (1991), "Fry You Like Fish" (1990), and the EP I'm Ready
(1990), establishing a jazz‑influenced hip-hop style influenced by Gang Starr.
Their debut album, Positive Reaction, was released in 1991, reached number 43 on
the UK charts, and was followed by The Victory EP, and then the group took a
