Chalee Tennison
Chalee Tennison, born on April 11, 1969, in Texas, is an American country music
artist. Influenced by her brother's collection of 8-track tapes featuring
artists like Tammy Wynette and Tanya Tucker, she began singing professionally at
age 16. She started a band with her third husband and performed in Gatesville,
Texas. In 1999, after moving to Nashville, Tennessee, record producer Jerry
Taylor discovered her demos and helped her sign to Asylum Records. Her debut
