Charlotte Mary O'Connor, known professionally as Charlotte OC, is a British
singer-songwriter born in 1990 in Blackburn, Lancashire, England. O'Connor began
playing the guitar at age 15 and became a global ambassador for surfwear brand
Quiksilver at 16. O'Connor's music career started with the debut single
