Dutch DJ duo Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo comprised Charly Lownoise, born Ramon
Roelofs on 16 June 1968, in The Hague, and Mental Theo, born Theo Nabuurs on 14
February 1965, in 's-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, began their music career with
the release of several singles and EPs. Their breakthrough came with the release
of "Wonderful Days" in July 1994, which sampled Tony Ronald's "Help Get Me Some
