Chips
Chips was a Swedish country and pop group formed in 1979. The band initially
consisted of Kikki Danielsson and Lasse Holm, with Britta Johansson joining in
1980. Chips gained early recognition by finishing fourth in the Swedish
Melodifestivalen 1980 with "Mycke' mycke' mer". Following this, they released
their self-titled debut album in 1980 and embarked on a tour of West Germany. In
1981, under the name Sweets 'n Chips due to a naming dispute, they finished
second in the Melodifestivalen with "God morgon". They won the Swedish
