In the 1990s, DJ Chloé was one of the first women to turn the decks of clubs,
notably the famous Paris-based Pulp. She then launched herself as a musician,
producing several EPs and the compilation I Hate Dancing in 2004. Duo
collaborations with Krikor (Plein Soleil) and Ivan Smagghe preceded the release
of her first solo album, The Waiting Room, in 2007. Chloé's minimalist style
proved popular with electro fans, who welcomed her second opus, One in Other, in
2010.
