Founded in 1993, Clock was a Eurodance / hip house project formed by dance music
DJ / producer Stu Allen and house / trance producer Pete Pritchard. Recruiting
rapper ODC MC (real name: Marcus Thomas) and singer Tinka (real name: Lorna
Saunders), the group released their debut single, “Holding On,” in 1993. A
promising start, the single reached Number 66 in the UK Singles chart. They
scored Top 40 hits with “The Rhythm” and “Keep the Fires Burning” in 1994 before
hitting Number 7 with “Axel F,” their reinterpretation of Harold Faltermeyer’s
