Musician Thomas Hübner, known as Clueso, was born in Erfurt on April 9, 1980.
After leaving school, he trained as a hairdresser, but dropped out to
concentrate fully on his music career. His debut album Text und Ton failed to
enter the charts in 2001, but he received a gold record in Germany for his
second album Gute Musik (2004). The single "Kein Bock Zu Geh'n" became his first
song in the singles charts. Clueso finally arrived in the mainstream in 2006
with the album Weit Weg and the single "Chicago". His style had developed from
