Cortney Tidwell
Cortney Tidwell, born on December 2, 1972, in Nashville, Tennessee, is an
American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music blends country,
indie, electronic, blues, and jazz influences. Raised in a family closely
associated with the Grand Ole Opry, she is the daughter of country singer Connie
Eaton and producer Cliff Williamson, and the granddaughter of Chart Records
founder Slim Williamson. Tidwell debuted as a recording artist with the Cortney
