Curio is a Japanese pop-rock band formed in 1995 in Osaka by guitarist Aja,
bassist Kassai, drummer Britain, and vocalist and saxophonist Nob. They made
their major-label debut in 1997 with the single “Tokimeki”, followed by their
debut album, Hybrid, on August 21, 1997. In 1998, they released the single
“Konayuki” and the single “Kimi ni Fureru Dake de”, which served as the fourth
opening theme for the anime series Rurouni Kenshin and reached number 14 on the
