Curtis Hairston
Curtis Kinnard Hairston, born on October 10, 1961, in Winston-Salem, North
Carolina, was an American soul/funk singer-songwriter. After completing his
education at the Juilliard School of Music in 1980, Hairston began his music
career with the debut single "I Want You (All Tonight)" in 1983 under Pretty
Pearl Records. In 1984, he covered Jimmy Cliff's "We All Are One", which became
his first Billboard R&B chart hit. Hairston achieved his first major hit with "I
Want Your Lovin' (Just a Little Bit)" in 1985, peaking at Number 13 on the UK
Singles Chart and leading to an appearance...
