Cynthia Hopkins
Cynthia Hopkins is an American performance artist, composer, and musician. She
released several notable albums including Devotionals (Songs for Shunkin) (2001)
and The Success of Failure (or, The Failure of Success) (2009). Hopkins' work
spanned various genres and mediums, often incorporating her skills on accordion,
guitar, piano, and musical saw. In 2019, she formed the band Fellwalker with
composer James Lavino, releasing their debut EP Shelter in 2020. Throughout her
