D' de Kabal (formerly D') is a French rapper, slamer, writer, and playwright
born in Paris in 1974. In 1992, he co-founded the hip-hop group Kabal with
Djamal. The duo released the maxi Fou à nier in 1993, the EP La conscience se
lève in 1996, and the studio album États d'âmes in 1998. D' de Kabal
participated in the tracks "Bienvenue dans le traquenard" with Prodige Namor and
"Mic Smoking" with Starflam. In 2002, he launched the label Asphaltiq and began
a solo recording career with Contes ineffables in 2003. He also co-founded the
