DakhaBrakha
DakhaBrakha is a Ukrainian musical group formed in 2004 at the Dakh Contemporary
Arts Center in Kyiv. The quartet—Marko Halanevych, Olena Tsybulska, Iryna
Kovalenko, and Nina Harenetska—blended traditional folk music with contemporary
sounds and various ethnic styles. Founded by Vladyslav Troitskyi, their name
translated to "give and take." They released their debut album На добраніч
(2005), followed by Ягудки (2007) and На межі (2009). Their international
