David Alistair Pearce, born on June 14, 1963 in Esher, Surrey, United Kingdom,
is a British DJ and EDM producer. He began his career under the pseudonym Dave
Adams at Radio Jackie 227. His first international DJ job was at Studio 29 in
Mumbai, India, at the age of 17. Pearce started presenting on BBC Radio London
in September 1984 and later became a key figure in the development of English
