Death in June
Death in June, a neofolk group, was founded in 1981 in the United Kingdom by
Douglas Pearce alongside Patrick Leagas and Tony Wakeford. The group emerged
from Crisis, a politically charged punk rock band active since 1977. Their album
The Guilty Have No Pride (1983) marked their transition into industrial music
with electronic elements and martial percussion. In 1985, they released their
album, Nada!. The group faced controversy due to its use of fascist and Nazi
