Dilnarin Demirbag, known professionally as Dee, was born on 14 November 1973 in
Kurdistan. A singer of Kurdish descent, Dilnarin Demirbag began her artistic
journey as a dancer and mime for E‑Type in 1994, performing to the vocal tracks
of Nana Hedin and appearing in the French show Dance Machine 6. Her transition
to a solo career occurred in 2000 with the release of the EP All The Way Up,
followed by Want You To Go in 2001; neither project achieved significant chart
