Der Wolf
Jens Albert was born on September 27, 1973 in Lüdinghausen. He is a German
rapper and DJ who made his mark in German hip-hop in the late 1990s as Der Wolf.
In the early 1990s, Jens Albert began DJing and performing as a scratch DJ and
rapper. In 1997, he released his debut albumDas Album(1997), which reached the
album charts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The singles "Gibt's doch gar
nicht" (1997) and "Oh Shit - Frau Schmidt" (1997) emerge fromDas Album. Both
