Détroit is the musical project initiated by Bertrand Cantat and Pascal Humbert
in September 2013. The former Noir Désir singer joins forces with the musician
who has worked with Passion Fodder, 16 Horsepower, Wovenhand and Lilium. The duo
first release the single "Droit dans le soleil " in September, followed by the
English-language track "Null and Void " in November. Detroit's debut album
Horizons is released on November 18, 2013. Recorded in spring 2014 during one of
the band's five appearances at the Paris venue, the album La Cigale was released
in November 2014.
