Viktor Nikolayevich Belan, known professionally as Dima Bilan, was born on December 24, 1981, in Ust-Dzheguta, Soviet Union. Bilan is a singer who gained prominence through participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2000, his first music video, “Otoño” (2000), aired on MTV Russia.
