Edward Keeley, born May 20, 1977, in Brighton, England, known professionally as
Friction and FineArt, is an English drum and bass DJ and record producer. As a
teenager in Brighton, he played and promoted events and collaborated with local
producers Stakka & K-Tee. In 1998, he released his debut single “Critical Mass”
under the stage name Kinnetix, attracting label attention and releasing tracks
through Valve, Tru Playaz, Trouble On Vinyl, 31 Records, Hospital Records,
Charge, Renegade Hardware, and his own label Shogun Audio. In 2011, he remixed
