Dodi Battaglia
Donato "Dodi" Battaglia, born on June 1, 1951, in Bologna, Italy, is an Italian
guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He began his music career as a member of the
pop group Pooh, joining them as lead guitarist in 1968. Alongside Roby
Facchinetti, Battaglia became one of the main songwriters for the band starting
with their LP Alessandra (1972). Notable songs from this period include "Tanta
voglia di lei" and "Infinit noi". Battaglia remained a key member of Pooh until
they disbanded in 2016. Throughout his career, he released several solo albums,
including Più in alto che c'è (1985)...
